The packaging is done with utmost care to avoid damage to the fragile items. But, the handling of the package is out of our control. In case of any damage, your payment will be refunded to you 100% after providing asequate proof of the damaged item. 

Any order shipped (exported) to any destination outside the U.S.A., the buyer will assume full responsibility of all related extra expenses and costs, including but not limited to taxes, duties, customs, insurance, brokerage fee etc. The ownership and the responsibility of the item is transferred to the buyer the moment we hand over the package to the courier.
